Why can’t I find the watch I’m looking for?

 

There are 3 possible reasons for this: it’s sold out, has been discontinued by Swatch or hasn’t been released yet.

 

How can I pay my order?

 

You can pay by bank wire, credit card or cash on delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: for orders above 150€ we do not ship cash on delivery.

Does Phenomenon charge shipping costs?

 

For domestic orders, we only charge shipping if you choose to pay cash on delivery. For all international orders, we charge a flat fee of 5€ for EU orders and 15€ on all other international orders.

 

Can I cancel an order after I have confirmed it?

Yes, you can cancel your order, by sending an e-mail to encomenda@phenomenon.pt  until the end of the day in which you placed the order

 

What should I do if I receive a damaged or not running watch?

 

If this happens, please send us an e-mail to encomenda@phenomenon.pt , so we can solve the problem as soon as possible.

What do I do if the watch I ordered does not meet my expectations?

 

Please send us an e-mail to encomenda@phenomenon.pt explaining what happened. However, you will be charged for the second shipping’s fee (5€).

What do I do if I forgot my password?

Just go to the "Login" page, click "Forgot Password" and follow the instructions.

 

How do I choose the straps size?

In watches that have different strap sizing, the product description has the size of the strap in millimeters, so you can check what size fits your wrist. In watches with adjustable strap, the strap comes in the biggest possible size, so it can be properly adjusted to your wrist.

I am abroad, not in Portugal. Can I place an order?

Of course. We deliver worldwide!
